We offer private trauma-respectful practices for nervous system resilience, transformation, reclamation, and inner-peace. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and Traditional Chinese Medicine, each practice is uniquely designed and thoughtfully guided to meet you where you are in each and every moment.

At Mojave Somatic Yoga, each practice is uniquely tailored to your current nervous system state. We use a variety of skills to guide your practice including asana, pranayama, mantra, aromatherapy, ayurvedic energy work, and integrative thai yoga massage. Through somatic yoga therapy, we help you reconnect with yourself, tend to your deepest needs, and experience lasting transformation.
